The Top Workplaces recognition is based on an employee survey conducted and distributed by Energage to gather feedback from team members about pertinent workplace factors, including job satisfaction, employee incentives, and support infrastructure. Charlotte Magazine, in coordination with Energage, has officially ranked CEENTA seventh among large companies and the only physician practice to be listed as a Top Workplaces Charlotte recipient.
CEENTA has also earned two distinctions in the Culture Excellence category: Professional Development and Appreciation. These awards are also derived from the annual employee survey created and distributed by Energage and based on key team member feedback regarding job advancement opportunities, recognition, and education.
