CEENTA named one of the Top Places to Work in Charlotte by the Charlotte Observer

Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. is proud to announce that the Charlotte Observer has ranked it as a 2021 Top Place to Work among large companies in the Charlotte metro area.

CEENTA has previously earned this distinction in 2015, 2016, and 2019. Rankings are determined by surveys about each workplace. It is also the only healthcare organization recognized by the Charlotte Observer among large-sized companies.

CEENTA employees from various offices have also provided feedback about their time in their respective roles.

“I am honored to represent and to work alongside cataract surgeon Dr. Rachel Sabo at the CEENTA Statesville office,” remarked Angela Webb, Certified Ophthalmic Assistant. “This position allows me to participate with helping patients receive the gift of sight and a new invigorating outlook on life. I am truly fortunate to be a part of something so spectacular.”

Dr. Robert Silver, a CEENTA otolaryngologist at the Matthews office, has also expressed admiration. “CEENTA is like a family. We really enjoy working together side-by-side in large part because we share the common goal of improving the lives of our patients. That's a great privilege that makes working here fulfilling and a lot of fun."

CEENTA is a great place to work, and we are thankful for our employees’ recognition and continued efforts in the accomplishment of our mission.”
