To achieve this honor, CEENTA had to fill out a survey covering a wide variety of factors, such as the availability of healthy food, exercise opportunities, the presence of walking trails, and medical care accessibility. Each company was then compared to similar-sized companies nationwide, and those that surpassed the national average won the award.
Large employers are those that have 500-1,499 employees.
CEENTA has long been on the list of Charlotte’s healthiest employers, earning this recognition nearly every year since 2011.
