I have been a patient of CEENTA since I got my first pair of glasses when I was 10 years old. I have been to the Southpark location, the Matthews location as well as the Blakeney office. This was my first time in the Fort Mill office. It was by far my top experience!
The facility is bright, welcoming and clean. Every single person, from when I walked in the door until I left, was friendly, helpful and seemed glad I was there. I interacted with the front desk, the medical assistant, Dr. Bhend and the imaging tech. Dr. Bhend had a good rapport while conducting the exam and clearly explained my options to me. I did not feel rushed at all- he was clearly “present” in the room. It was just a delightful experience!
