Dr. Susan Yanik was so calm and reassuring during the procedure. She calmed not just my nerves, but my family's nerves. Before I had a tumor, I had a pretty smile. It was tangled up around four nerves and a muscles by my jaw. But Dr. Yanik was so confident about the parotidectomy. She wanted to make sure she got the whole tumor out.
After the surgery, I was able to go right back to work. You can't even see the scar! She's just so upbeat and so uplifting, and I'm one lucky girl to have had her perform the surgery.
