This distinction is based on an employee survey conducted and distributed by Energage in order to gather feedback from team members about pertinent workplace factors, including job satisfaction, employee incentives, and support infrastructure. CEENTA has previously earned this distinction in 2015, 2016, 2019, and 2021 and was the only healthcare practice listed in the large company category this year. In addition, the practice was listed as a nationally ranked Top Workplace earlier in 2022.
