Kevin Coughlin, MD signs with CEENTA as their newest ENT and sleep surgeon

CEENTA is pleased to announce that Kevin Coughlin, MD, has joined our practice on August 29, 2023, as our newest ENT physician.

Dr. Coughlin specializes in comprehensive adult and pediatric ENT care including allergy relief, tonsil surgery, sinusitis treatment, and ear infection care. In addition, he provides specialty surgical procedures such as sleep surgery including the Inspire Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulation implant, salivary gland preserving surgery, septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, and thyroid and parathyroid surgery. He will see patients at their Steele Creek office.

Graduating cum laude from Davidson College with a degree in biology and a minor in chemistry, Dr. Coughlin earned his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and received the Dean’s Award upon graduating. He then completed both his residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery as well as his fellowship in Sleep Medicine & Sleep Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

“I am very excited to be joining CEENTA and work with such a renowned and historic group of physicians,” Dr. Coughlin said. “I look forward to serving Steele Creek and the wider Charlotte region for their ENT needs.”
