CEENTA Announces Leadership Transition

Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates (CEENTA) announces Dr. Jag Gill has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Gill played a pivotal role in shaping CEENTA’s growth and success over the past decade and has been instrumental in CEENTA’s emergence as one of the premier eye, ear, nose, and throat care practices in the region.

Dr. Greg Parsons, the current ENT Department President, has agreed to serve as Interim CEO on a full-time basis until Dr. Gill’s replacement is announced. Dr. Parsons is ideally suited to assume this role given his experience with day-to-day management of a significant physician practice as well as his many years in senior leadership positions with CEENTA.

“We are confident that Dr. Parsons, along with our dedicated physician and administrative leadership team, will ensure a seamless transition,” shared Adrian Elfersy, MD, Board Member and Eye Department President. “Greg’s commitment to our values and his recognized leadership within CEENTA will provide stability and continuity until Dr. Gill’s replacement is announced.”
