What are your favorite holiday traditions?

Families can have traditions that pass down from generation to generation or are created in the spur of the moment. Dr. Susan Yanik, an ENT and facial plastics specialist from our Concord, Mooresville, and Salisbury offices, likes to spend the holidays with her sisters.

Sometimes, these traditions can be exhilarating. Dr. F.P. Langford from our Concord office takes a different approach to unwinding at the end of the year. “I enjoy wake surfing on Lake Norman on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.”

How is your skin care routine different during the holidays?

Aside from catching waves and catching up with old friends, the holidays can be ideal for taking a new approach to skin care. Our oculoplastics specialist, Dr. Catherine Cuite from our SouthPark office, goes into further detail. “During the winter holidays skin will be dryer and more prone to redness.
